你需要做的是: 负责跟进区域内空调暖通项目,销售大型中央空调主机设备和末端设备,达成销售目标。
你将会怎么做:
1、负责所在区域的大型中央空调机组以及末端的销售;
2、开拓销售渠道,维护与甲方、设计院的关系;
3、根据甲方及设计院的要求,提供初步的空调设备选型及技术解决方案;
4、负责标书的制作,投标方案的确定;
5、负责协助与客户方的商务、技术谈判,提供高质量服务;
6、公司内部订单的推进执行;
我们期待的是: 要求:
1、暖通、空调、制冷、自动化或其他相关工程类专业本科或以上学历;
2、3年以上暖通行业产品销售,或者暖通工程,自控工程,节能改造工作经验。
优先考虑的: 1、具有一定的技术方案设计能力; 2、良好的甲方和设计院关系; 3、良好的沟通能力,极强的谈判能力,具有开拓精神; 4、积极主动,较强的团队合作意识。
